Shipping policy

Shipping Time: We love receiving your orders and work as fast as we can to get them out to you as quickly as possible. If order is RTS (Ready to ship) it will ship with in 3-5 business days. Otherwise, orders will need  the current turn around time estimated on the website  at the moment of your purchase (around 4-6 weeks). If you need it sooner please contact us before placing an order. Your order will ship via first class USPS unless you select a different carrier . You should receive an email when it ships with your tracking number and we are always happy to provide it if you need it.

International Orders: We love our international friends and are so happy to have you shop with us! Occasionally shipping is overestimated.  We ship first class USPS. Some countries may impose taxes and fees for orders received from outside of their borders. Please know that we cannot control them. Not all packages seem to be charged fees but some will and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. It is up to each country what those fees will be. In the case an order is refused and returned due to fees your country has imposed will only be refunded when I get the package back and you will be refunded only for the value of the product not for shipping . We will provide you with a tracking number that will show you transit while package is in the U.S. Once it leaves the U.S. we have no control. We are not responsible for any lost, damage or stolen packages. Therefore is NOT REFUND of any kind unless you pay for insurance or upgrade shipping.  You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. The package can be tracked only while it is in the United States. Due to COVID some countries have experience a big delay and it might take longer than expected.
