Refund policy

Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of the items being worn by babies and young children, often diaperless, we do not accept returns. Should you receive your order and have an issue with an item, please contact us to discuss the situation and options. If the situation warrants a return or exchange the items must be received back to us within 14 days. After that we reserve the right to refuse the return. All returns, if accepted, will incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping, expedited or rush order  fees. We do not accept forced returns without contact and you will not be refunded for refusing, lost or stolen packages. You must pay for insurance or upgrade shipping for any kind of refund. You will be provided with a tracking number when order was shipped. On International orders we will not be responsible for the item once it has left the U.S.
